Verify your identity (KYC)

Australian rules require identity verification before you can send money. Usually takes only a few minutes.

• Upload passport, licence or Medicare card
• Take a selfie if requested
• Most approvals within minutes (up to 24h)

Add a funding method

Fund transfers by bank transfer, debit/credit card or other supported methods. Bank transfers are usually the cheapest option.

How a transfer works

1. Choose destination country & currency
2. Enter the amount to send
3. Add or select a recipient
4. Review rate, fees and total cost
5. Confirm and pay
6. Track in real time from your dashboard

How long does it take?

Most transfers complete within minutes. Some destinations or methods may take a few hours or 1–2 business days. You’ll always see an estimated delivery time before confirming.

Track a transfer

Log in and go to Transactions. You can also use Track Money on the homepage with your reference number.

Protect your account

• Use a unique, strong password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Never share login details or codes
• Log out from shared devices

Unauthorised activity?

Change your password immediately, enable 2FA if needed, and contact support. You can also freeze your account from security settings while we investigate.
